Car would not start after parking on a local parking lot. Requested a tow via AAA, they sent a battery tech after 70 minutes, who determined I was gonna need a tow. After he called dispatch I was told that AAA does not have any tow trucks for the rest of the day and recommended I find a company that can tow me and get reimbursed. I went with the first hit on google for tow service near me, it came with a five star rating, and after meeting Brad and his co-pilot (his very well-behaved dog) I know why. Brad got to my location within less than 30 minutes of me calling him, he had my car on his flatbed truck within another 10 minutes, and we were at the shop in no time flat. From first contact to vehicle at final destination it took less time than my wait for the wrong service from AAA. Brad knows his stuff, he works extremely efficiently and provides a detailed invoice for getting reimbursement from AAA or your insurance company. If you find yourself in need of a tow or similar service, you can't go wrong with this guy!

Brad was quick to arrive and has all the equipment needed for a smooth, damage free loading of my car. He provided a towing invoice and when insurance needed additional information he quickly provided it. He's at the top of my call list if roadside service is needed. Highly recommended.

Saved my bacon and then some, Brad came out at night after most of the other towing companies were closed. He showed up within a half hour in woodinville and got me home safely. He paid special attention to not damage my car, even though I'm driving a beat up old corolla and worked with very professional haste. After conveying the symptoms of my car problems he helped me rationally narrow it down to a probable source, and we were even able to confirm it when we took it off the trailer. In this particular case, the starter motor was bad and we confirmed it by pop starting the car. If I ever have car troubles again, as unappetizing as they are, I'll be happy to know there is a tow truck driver I can trust. I was very satisfied with the cost, as well, especially considering the time of day. Thanks again, Brad!

I highly recommend B&C towing. I called them at 6:30pm asking if they could move a forklift 30 miles and by 8:30 it was loaded on the truck! Fast and excellent service, could not have asked for anything more. If I ever need anything towed or hauled again I will be using B&C towing

In a desperate lockout, following loss of all credit cards, licenses, insurance cards, on a dark,cold, Sunday evening, Brad followed a message I had left, after trying 11 tow companies. AAA & Mercedes road services, could not fix the problem. Brad came to help. He immediately and creatively solved the dilemma, without hurting my car. I am eternally grateful for his kind, professional, courtesy, efficiency, and persistence.

Brad came to rescue me in Mercer Island where my car fell off the sloppy road. The driveway was narrow and difficult to locate the tow truck but he didn't give up on the task. Great job Brad!

Nothing short of amazing and friendly service. This man went above and beyond to help me and had everything necessary to have my lowered car up and on his tow truck. was on the side of the freeway next to the HOV lane and despite the dangers we got my lowered bmw e36 on and ready even though my right rear tire was broken off we were still able to do it. very quickly came to my aid after the call and was a good sport about it all. despite the depressing events that had happened to me regarding my car, this man was also very funny but regardless very professional. transported my vehicle back to where it was needed and we shared a couple laughs before we parted ways. very hard working man and definitely the man for the job. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of a service
